About BidBid

BidBid is a Canadian liquidation marketplace serving Toronto and Montreal. We source overstock, shelf-pulls, closeouts and customer returns from established sellers, and pass them to you through live auctions and Daily Price Drops — fixed-price items whose prices fall automatically on a published schedule until someone buys.

How it works

Sellers list their inventory on BidBid. You bid in our auction events or buy instantly from Daily Price Drops. Every price you see is the real, current price — our drop engine updates prices continuously, and we never show a discount that isn't true. When you win or buy, you pay securely online and choose how to receive your item: free pickup at the seller's store, a transfer between our Toronto, Richmond Hill and Montreal locations, or home delivery across Ontario and Quebec.

Payments you can trust

All payments on BidBid are processed by Stripe, the same payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details go directly to Stripe — BidBid never sees or stores them. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your delivery destination. Our fees are straightforward and always shown before you commit.

We back our buyers

Every purchase is covered by BidBid Protection: if an item is significantly different from what the seller described, BidBid makes it right. Read the Protection page for exactly what's covered and how to make a claim.

Who we are

BidBid Online Auctions is built and operated in Ontario by a team that has worked in liquidation, logistics and e-commerce for years. We started BidBid because liquidation shopping in Canada deserved a marketplace that is honest about prices, fast about fulfillment, and firmly on the buyer's side when something goes wrong.
